Residential
Askara House is a small, yet intentional sanctuary designed for a couple embarking on their journey. The first floor, where the kitchen, living room, and bathroom reside, is defined by rich brown wood tones that bring depth and warmth to the communal areas. To counterbalance the compact footprint and invite more light into the core of the house, a skylight is placed above the kitchen, allowing daylight to softly wash over the space throughout the day. The upper level which serves a private zone shifts to a lighter wood tone, creating a gentle transition that symbolizes airiness and emotional uplift. This level has a function as a restful retreat, bathed in soft light, encouraging a sense of openness and calm.
